1.PET Base Film: Made from polyethylene terephthalate (PET), providing high tensile strength (190 N/mm), thermal stability (-70°C to 170°C), and low shrinkage (≤2.5% at 150°C).
2.Silicone Coating: Single or dual-sided application of silicone (organosilicon) release agents, with thicknesses ranging from 0.2μm to 0.6μm. Coatings can be solvent-based, solvent-free, or water-based.
3.Adjustable Release Force: Silicone formulations allow customization of release force levels. This enables compatibility with various adhesives.
4.Electronics: Critical for flexible printed circuits (FPCs) and OLED manufacturing.
